Quad Architects designed this mixed use scheme in Richmond for Halcyon Developments. It comprises 12 individual apartments on the upper levels and ground floor offices. It also includes a basement car park that accommodates up to 16 cars. We liked it so much, that we acquired the entire office element of the scheme for Quad's HQ.
