Completed in 2007, Quad designed this nine-unit arrangement for a plot in an attractive area of Teddington. Within easy reach of Teddington High Street these apartments proved highly popular (the majority being pre-sold off plan). The design includes six duplex apartments, incorporating double height volumes with upper rooms arranged around generous private first floor balconies. The use of a western red cedar and copper cladding around the envelope of the building allows the form to blend in with the surrounding environment.
