Quad was invited in 2010 to come up with a regeneration plan for the town centre of Addlestone, Surrey. Quad's role was to be that of Architect and Developer, producing the masterplan and structuring the fiscal and contractual framework that would deliver the scheme. After a lengthy period of meetings, negotiations and presentations Quad and Runnymede Borough Council were unfortunately unable to come to an agreement and so the scheme did not proceed.
