As the name suggests, this was a former printworks situated in a constrained backland site just off Teddington High Street. Quad’s innovative scheme, on which work completed in summer 2019, created seven one bedroomed Mews Houses within the reconfigured interior of the old Printworks. The scheme features mezzanine bedrooms, exposed brickwork, original steel trussed rafters and original Critall windows.
Quad successfully sold all 7 houses to an investor in January 2020.
