Regina House comprises 3 adjoining Regency buildings on Gloucester Road, London SW7. The property was acquired by Quad Projects in 2015 after Quad Architects had been successful in gaining planning permission to convert the existing Hostel part of the development into 12 luxury apartments. Quad subsequently sold all three buildings, that included the 12 proposed apartments as well as 23 existing units, to Henley Investments, who in turn successfully developed out the project.
