Clubhouse Apartments is one of the earliest examples of a project on which Quad acted as both architect and developer. A white rendered, highly articulated block of 7 apartments in the heart of Strawberry Hill, the building displays clear links to modernism. The dramatic impact of the building’s white sculptural form, set against a backdrop of mature evergreen tees that included a Giant Sequoia as well as more Cedars, was a significant driving force behind the development of the design.
