Quad Shortlisted for 2020 Housing Design Awards

Quad Architects' is delighted to announce that its design for a Retirement Living scheme at Stanbridge Earls in Romsey, for Audley Group, has been shortlisted for a 2020 Housing Design Award.

These prestigious awards are the only awards promoted by all five major professional institutions, including the RIBA, RICS and RPTI and are sponsored by the Department of the Environment.

Audley Stanbridge Earls is a 155 unit multi-phase retirement scheme that includes the refurbishment and conversion of the Grade 2* listed Manor House, parts of which date back to the 14th Century.

Quad's sensitive design, maximizes the site's potential without harming the setting of the Manor House, or the lovely rural setting.
