Quad looking to acquire New Sites in London

Quad has announced that, following the successful sale of Printers Mews and the continuing strong sales progress at Kirk House, it is looking to acquire up to three new development sites by the end of 2020. Our preferred location is south west London, but we will consider anywhere within the M25. Sites with or without planning permission and sites with existing commercial buildings will be considered.
