Sales Update for Kirk House, West Drayton

Quad is pleased to announce that, despite the extremely difficult trading conditions the property sector is experiencing due to the Covid-19 pandemic, current sales at our Kirk House project are progressing well. A total of 15 sales have been agreed since December and several purchasers have now completed and moved in.

We are continuing to agree sales via our selling agents Cameron, with one new sale agreed in April.
