The Ink Building Recladding Completed

Quad completed the recladding of its flagship apartment block The Ink Building to the highest EWS1 rating of A1. The Ink Building was one of the first high rise apartment blocks in Kensington & Chelsea to successfully complete this process.

The work was carried out with residents able to remain in the building throughout construction. Access to neighbouring occupied properties was also carefully coordinated to ensure complete replacement of all façades.
